I designed this motif for Granny Square Day 2023 – I’ve only just got round to sharing the actual pattern with you! I was inspired by the Krea Deluxe which has matching colours in both cotton and mohair. I really enjoyed the texture contrast between the two yarns when used together in one motif.
Tools & Materials
| Yarn: 4ply/Fingering weight cotton yarn, 2ply/Laceweight Kid Silk Mohair, held double. The sample uses Krea Deluxe Organic Cotton & Krea Deluxe Silk Mohair in colourway no. 46. Hook: 3mm/ D Hook. |
Finished dimensions: Approx – 9cm / 3.54 inches x 9cm / 3.54 inches.
Finished size & yardage will vary depending on hook size, yarn thickness & your personal gauge.
