On this course, you’ll learn how to use crochet to mend your clothes whilst visibly enhancing them! So don’t throw out that favourite sweater or shirt just because it’s got a hole… I’ll show you lots of fun ways in which to repair AND liven up your garments.
We’ll also be using a bit of sewing and embroidery to compliment the process.
Skill Level
Suitable for improvers and more advanced students.

We will be at Farnham Maltings, Bridge Square, Farnham GU9 7QR.

This is a one day workshop, running on a Saturday.

Cost
- £50 (includes a small kit of yarn, thread & test fabric)
Please note : each kit will have some yarns, threads & a piece of fabric for experimenting on. Please bring hooks – see below.
What to bring
- Essential: A selection of hooks. I recommend 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm & 4mm.
- An item or items of clothing that need repairing. If you don’t have anything that needs mending, you can also use the techniques to embellish anything made from fabric, such as a pillowcase, fabric bag or denim jacket.
- Embroidery floss.
- Scrap yarn.
